In the newest books, old-fashioned values are embraced for newfangled reasons. Some who primarily read Christian fiction end up basing their theological beliefs on it (unknowingly I think), which can be problematic. We were even able to stand in the small space where the Jews would hide when there was a raid. Each book continues the story but focuses on a different character’s perspective. But I think we are dogmatists, and we can be dogmatists about the secular. I sincerely hope that you enjoy each short story or novel that you read, and that you come away entertained and, perhaps even, refreshed.
